Pilea peperomioides, also known as the Chinese money plant or the missionary plant, makes for a handsome addition to any shelf or window ledge and would be sure to liven up a workspace. The rounded, glossy leaves of this tender perennial surround a central, upright stem, remaining neat and compact in habit. In summer, sprays of tiny creamy-pink flowers are produced above the foliage creating a frothy appearance. This tough little plant is surprisingly easy to grow, enjoying a lightly shaded position in a warm room. Height and spread: 50cm (20″)
Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
Please note: Some houseplants are toxic or harmful to pets if ingested. If you believe your pet has consumed a poisonous plant then seek veterinary attention immediately. Take a sample of the plant with you.
