How do you ensure plant health during shipping?
We use climate-adaptive packaging with a 98.7% success rate. Our specialists tailor each shipment with climate-appropriate insulation, secure potting to prevent soil spillage, and breathable materials to prevent mold.

We ship worldwide except to some remote Asian regions. Our plants have found homes in over 87 countries!

  • Free Shipping: For orders £50+, via EMS, arrives 15-25 days after dispatch

My plant looks stressed after arrival – is this normal?
Yes! Some transit shock (like a few dropped leaves) is normal for living plants. Follow our included care instructions, and your plant should bounce back within 1-2 weeks.
Do you offer phytosanitary certificates for international orders?
Yes, we provide custom phytosanitary documentation where required for international shipments.
