At Plants Sales Store, we nurture every plant with care before it reaches you, just as we nurture our commitment to your satisfaction. If your green companion doesn’t arrive in perfect health or isn’t quite what you expected, our 15-day happiness guarantee ensures we’ll make things right.

Planting Note: Due to their living nature, all live plants are covered by our guarantee if issues are reported within 15 days of delivery. However, we cannot accept returns of seeds (including Brassica & Leafy Green Seeds, All Other Vegetable Seeds) once the package has been opened, as their viability cannot be verified.

Our Returns Process (As Easy as Watering Your Plants)

  1. Contact Us Within 15 Days
    Email [email protected] with your order number and photos showing the issue. Our plant specialists will respond within 1-2 business days (just like our order processing time!).
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    For live plants needing return (like your Citrus Trees or Carnivorous House Plants), we’ll provide specific return instructions to ensure their safe journey back to our nursery.
  3. Ship Your Return
    Package your plant securely (we recommend the original packaging) and send to:

  4. Receive Your Replacement or Refund
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your replacement (for those lovely Apple & Pear Trees or Blueberry Plants) or refund within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Policy (Swap Your Plant Like Changing Seasons)

Prefer a different variety of Exotic Fruit Trees or perhaps some Air Purifying House Plants instead? We’re happy to arrange an exchange within 15 days of delivery. Simply follow the return process above and note your preferred exchange item in your email.

Important Root Notes:
– Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
– Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours
– For international returns (excluding remote Asian regions), phytosanitary documentation may be required

Refund Information (Your Money Grows Back)

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within:
– 3-5 business days for credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
– 5-7 business days for PayPal payments
Note: Your bank may take additional 2-5 days to post the refund to your account.

For our £50+ mature patio plants or specialty trees (like our Artichoke Plants or First Early Potatoes), we may arrange for a specialist collection rather than standard return shipping to ensure their safe transport.
