Shipping Information

Order Processing

We nurture each order with care before shipping:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)

🌱 Planting Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for live plants like our Citrus Trees or Carnivorous House Plants, as we sometimes delay shipping during extreme weather to protect your green companions.

Our Happiness Guarantee

We stand by our plants with a 15-day happiness guarantee from delivery date. If your plant arrives in less-than-perfect health or isn’t what you expected, we’ll make it right.

What’s Covered

  • All live plants (including Air Purifying House Plants, Apple & Pear Trees, Blueberry Plants, etc.)
  • Damaged or incorrect items
  • Plants that don’t meet your expectations

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened seed packets (Brassica & Leafy Green Seeds, All Other Vegetable Seeds)
  • Plants reported after 15 days of delivery

Returns & Exchanges Process

Returning your plant is as easy as watering it:

Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the issue
  • For exchanges: your preferred plant (like swapping Fig Trees for Asparagus Plants)

Our plant specialists will respond within 1-2 business days.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll provide specific instructions for returning live plants like your Citrus Trees or Carnivorous House Plants to ensure their safe journey back to our nursery.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your plant securely (we recommend the original packaging) and send to:

🌿 Special Care Items: For mature patio plants (£50+) or specialty trees (like Artichoke Plants or First Early Potatoes), we may arrange specialist collection for safer transport.

Step 4: Receive Your Replacement or Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Replacements (for items like Apple & Pear Trees) processed in 3-5 business days
  • Refunds processed to your original payment method within:
    • 3-5 business days for credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
    • 5-7 business days for PayPal payments

Note: Your bank may take additional 2-5 days to post the refund.

Exchange Policy

Prefer different Exotic Fruit Trees or perhaps some Air Purifying House Plants? We’re happy to arrange exchanges within 15 days. Just note your preferred exchange item when contacting us.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours
  • International returns (excluding remote Asian regions) may require phytosanitary documentation
