6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 15-day guarantee from delivery date for:

• Live plants arriving in poor condition
• Incorrect items
• Plants not meeting expectations

Non-returnable items: Opened seed packets (Brassica & Leafy Green Seeds, etc.) and plants reported after 15 days.

6.2 Return Process

2. Receive return authorization and instructions

4. Receive replacement (3-5 business days) or refund (3-7 business days)

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility except in cases of our error.
